Frequently Asked Questions
How long will the color last?
The supply is designed to last you up to 2-3 uses depending on your hair density. For the 4-6 month programs you will pick up your refill after the 2 months.
Can I buy more color after 6 months? Or do I have to purchase an entirely new package?
If you wish to continue the Beauty Box, we offer a refill subscription up to 6 months. You’ll need to pick up the color every 2 months.
What if I want to change my hair color through this process?
If you are someone that likes to change your hair color often , I would suggest the 6 month program. This comes with an in-salon highlight, haircut and style session. If you are in the middle of the program and decide you want to change: Depending on the range of the color change we may need to have a few more in salon sessions.
What if I am dissatisfied with the Boxed Beauty Program?
If you are unhappy with the program we offer a one on one session with your stylist to discuss options. In our contract we discuss and agree to embarking on a journey of change and transformation. We do not offer refunds, however we ensure that you feel supported and guided every step of the way.
